Resident’s Bowl Competition
Plan to join the fun for three rounds of excitement with the resident teams.
Each training institution will be represented by one resident who can participate. There will be mixed teams of four residents and the final winning team will represent the Western Section at the AUA’s Annual Meeting Resident Bowl next year. Plan to attend and cheer your favorite team at each of the games!
Congrats to our 2015 winning team who came in with a very close 2nd place at AUA San Diego this year.
GU Tumor Board
Thursday, October 27, 1:30PM to 2:30PM
A huge hit, this new session was launched last year at the WSAUA Indian Wells with fantastic participation and attendance.
The GU Tumor Board this year will be only better. It is a multidisicplinary panel discussion of challenging cases in Urologic Oncology. The format will involve case presentations that include multiple choice questions at various decision points in the evaluation and treatment of these patients. An audience response system will be used to poll the audience and then the panel will discuss “best choices”.
Program Director, Dr Joe Presti (Urology, moderator) will put the panel together and post here soon. This should be a valuable learning experience for our attendees.
